Dear Mr. Funk,
Your Blog was forwarded to me by a proponent of ours who also has our interests at heart; till today, I was completely unaware of this continued forum of yours.
PLEASE REFRAIN from implicating me as supporting all of your on-line allegations.
I am impressed with your knowledge of the facts surrounding the defrauding of our properties back in 1989-1990, but I REFUTE WITHOUT HESITATION the allegations and other claims that you make that the judges and entire legal system of Canada is corrupt starting from the Prime Minister all the way down. I do not propose to know what goes through a judge's mind in delivering a decision except that the presentation is key...and it is for us to reverse them in the courts, not here.
I believe that the judges and AGO amongst others have been misled and successfully deceived by our opponents. Because of the lack of resources to retain the best lawyers, we have had oft-times poor legal advise or our legal counsel was either negligent or bullied and their inability to focus our case on the points of law and inability to raise the issues purely on merit has been appalling; however, as we are currently in the Appeal Court, on a keenly focussed issue, I remain hopeful that justice will prevail and we will have our day in Court.
I beg you NOT to add fuel to the fire of our opposition who has been able to use the frivolous and vexatious smokescreen to dupe the courts and keep us constantly mired in everything but the cause of action as against Gowlings and their co-conspirators.
Please discontinue any negative commentary on the court system as it applies to us. It is important to recognize that errors can be made and when it is the Law Society involved they have been given certain "freedoms" which they may have abused. It is to be decided in the courts. And we will live with the judgement rendered once our case has been fully stated in the courts.
Although you seem to understand that an injustice is being perpetrated on us, your methods of reporting the facts should be without judgement - let the people draw their own conclusions. I do not wish nor will I allow you to unwittingly paint me as being a vexatious litigant, and now be painted as one who subscribes to your blog or one who, after exhausting his legitimate options in the courts, is now pursuing vexatious actions through the web.
This must be tried in the courts and although it has been 17 years in the running, their jig with the courts and us should be up. Please allow us a chance at a fair hearing.
I am obliged to state that I am appalled by some of your other commentary elsewhere in the website wherein you clearly discriminate against groups with other lifestyles. I do not subscribe to those views.
I demand that you immediately STOP reporting anything but fact. As Abraham Lincoln once said:
